COTATI is a jewelry factory based in Dongguan, China, with 15 years of experience in jewelry manufacturing. We focus on custom titanium jewelry development and bulk production for brands, designers and wholesale buyers. Our work centers on translating a design brief into a defined product: its shape, dimensions, components, material requirements and the details that need to be approved before a production order.

Earrings, rings, necklaces, bangles and bracelets form the core of our product scope. Finished chains, jewelry findings and keychains provide related development options for customers building a coordinated range or sourcing individual components. Each project begins by confirming the proposed supply scope and specifications.

Equipment connected to practical product decisions

Our in-house capabilities include hydraulic forming, wire EDM, CNC engraving, turning, drilling, welding and stone setting. The suitable combination is reviewed for each design. Casting requirements are supported through established supply-chain partners, with the material and production route assessed for the project.

This approach keeps the discussion connected to the actual product. A ring needs its sizing and profile defined. A chain needs its length and closure specified. A small finding needs to fit the part it connects to. Your quotation should make those requirements understandable before sampling begins.

We discuss development, production and presentation requirements as part of the project. Material documents, additional processes, packaging scope and any design or confidentiality arrangements are confirmed where relevant rather than assumed from a general service description.

Our order framework

MOQ is assessed per project. A quantity of 300 per style is our standard production reference. Share your target quantity for review; smaller runs are assessed individually. Final MOQ and counting units are confirmed in the quotation. For finished chains, the reference is 300 finished chains per style. Sampling and production lead times are assessed according to the design, materials, manufacturing processes and order quantity, with the starting conditions, schedule and shipping arrangements agreed for your project.
