Start with a drawing or reference that shows both the appearance and the complete assembly you want to supply.

Prepare your keychain design brief

• Main body shape, length, width, thickness and target weight.
• Connection hole position, opening dimensions and edge requirements.
• Key ring, connecting ring or other attachment details.
• Material requirements for the body and each included component.
• Logo artwork, intended position, size and appearance reference.
• Quantity per style, packaging and destination market.

Include front, back and side views where possible. Mark the boundaries of any artwork and show how the connection should sit relative to the body. If you are supplying a matching component, provide its dimensions or a physical reference so the attachment can be assessed together with the main design.

Develop the body and connections together

We review the proposed design, component scope and manufacturing requirements before preparing a quotation. Any marking or surface treatment is assessed for the project. Sampling allows you to check scale, connection movement, edges, component fit and artwork placement. Confirm the final specification and revisions before moving into bulk production.

Does the quotation include the key ring?

The included components are stated in the quotation. Specify the key ring and connecting parts you need, along with their material requirements.

Can we add our logo?

Send the artwork, size and placement for review. The suitable marking approach and its appearance are confirmed for the design.

What are the MOQ and lead times?

MOQ is assessed per project. A quantity of 300 per style is our standard production reference. Share your target quantity for review; smaller runs are assessed individually. Final MOQ and counting units are confirmed in the quotation. Sampling and production lead times are assessed according to the design, materials, manufacturing processes and order quantity; scheduling, starting conditions and shipping are agreed for the project.
